Catered panel event.

Our speakers:

Dr. Shae Wissell
Award-winning advocate, entrepreneur, and researcher specialising in dyslexia and neurodivergence. Shae is the director of re:think dyslexia and founder of the Dear Dyslexic Foundation. Her internationally recognised research focuses on the social inequalities faced by adults with dyslexia in Australia, and she advises workplaces on building truly inclusive environments.

Jenny Doan
Keynote speaker, former data analytics lead at Uber, and three-time Guinness World Record holder. Diagnosed autistic in her adult years, Jenny now channels her remarkable lived experience to inspire others to embrace who they truly are - numbers, world records, and all.

Kelly Hutchinson
Founder of Innovate4Change and a driving force behind Australia's technology leadership community. A systems thinker with a late ADHD and dyslexia diagnosis, Kelly has reframed neurodivergence as a strength and now works with institutions to build clearer, more inclusive pathways for change.

Diana Paez-Ortiz
Emerging leader in automotive and mobility, currently heading Toyota Australia's Tundra Right-Hand Drive program, a Toyota global-first, after two decades across Holden, Ford, and Toyota. With a background in both engineering and psychology, Diana brings a rare combination of precision, empathy, and purpose to everything she leads.
