Welcome to RYL Professional Development and Networking.

Do you catch yourself second-guessing decisions, downplaying your achievements, or holding back from opportunities because you’re “not ready yet”?

You’re not alone, research shows that 70% of professionals experience imposter syndrome at some point in their career.

This 60-minute interactive workshop is designed to help you understand imposter syndrome, comfort your inner worrier, and start stepping into opportunities with confidence.

Shift limiting self-talk into empowering beliefs to support your growth
Break free from the stories that keep you second-guessing your abilities
Own your worth and step into opportunities with self-assurance

This workshop is ideal for high-achieving professionals, emerging leaders, and anyone who is hustling to prove their worth, despite having ample evidence of their capability.
