Hello, I’m Chris. I lead group experiences & events where you get to be you, let go of judgement, and be curious, creative humans together. My one-to-one coaching is similar. I help individuals feel more alive, motivated, and content in the here-and-now.

I care about how humans relate, move and play together authentically. I’m exploring how to welcome a more open-hearted, messy, whole-human experience of being alive.

Professionally, I’m a certified embodiment coach and facilitator (ILM5, PII, Embodiment Unlimited). I’m also an improviser (comedy & drama) and practise Authentic Relating (Level 3). I’m a former copywriter & photographer, DIY nerd, Yorkshire hippy and self-employed freelancer.
