Improv(e) your Life

It's the International day of Play on 11th June.  What better time to get together and ...well... play?  The research tells us that without play we do not learn.  We don't learn to problem solve and the world that is becoming more and more complex everyday can become ovberwhelming. Play is like gym for your brain. It challenges those neural pathways to stretch, to bend, to connect and to grow.  Play can be used in a multitude of ways to support our navigation of every facet of life.

So what does that look like on the day?  There is a scavenger hunt, story telling like you have never seen it, puzzels that depend on clear communication and we always use 3 rules from improvisation - Notice more, let go and jump in and use everything. 

Please wear clothing that is easy to move in - there will not be a lot of sitting down.
