Supported by principles and practices that create soil health, this talk explains where to start and what to do to improve productivity and resilience on your farm.
Dave started teaching Agriculture at NSW TAFE in 1980. His dedication to the field led him to develop the Organic Farming course in 1989. Throughout his career, Dave emphasized the importance of understanding biological farming principles in order to create a sustainable farming system. In addition to Organic Farming, he taught Health and Plant Nutrition, Compost Production, Subtropical Fruit Production, Integrated Farm Management, Biological Farming, and more. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dave received the Sustainability Trainers Award in 2015.
Dave currently serves on the Board of SoilCare Inc and on the Committee of TROPO.
