Discover how to improve your posture, minimize pain and learn how to tap in the wisdom of the body. 

Facilitated by Taylor Cecil's team of highly skilled movement coaches Jonathon Butler, Stan Boileve and Max Osborn; you'll leave feeling up-skilled and empowered to tackle common ailments within your own body. 

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are keen to learn functional movements designed to unlock restrictions and have you moving freely 
  • You are interested in trigger point therapy and learning easy and effective ways to improve mobility and decrease tension at home 
  • Your posture could do with some improvements 
  • You are experiencing tightness, restriction with movement or pain
  • You’d love to spend the morning with like minded individuals passionate about reaching their potential as humans! 

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn tools and techniques to release restrictions and rebalance your body
  • Discover the benefits of myofascial release through trigger point therapy 
  • Learn about pain and possible contributing factors 
  • Understand the breath, how it affects the body and correct breathing mechanics 
  • Learn about the body’s biomechanics including anatomy, myofascial meridians and key muscles
  • Understand postural function including postural restrictions, postural compensations patterns and what contributes to structurally deficient and efficient posture. 
  • How to build a better relationship with your body and tune into your body’s wisdom 

Ticket Prices: 

General Admission: $110.00 (incl. GST) + 2% booking fee

General Admission PLUS your own  M5 Trigger Point Ball: $149.00 (incl. GST) + 2% booking fee

Please note there will be trigger point balls for you to borrow for the event should you not wish to purchase one.
