Sales can be an intimidating and frustrating process, but it doesn't have to be. This workshop will provide you with tools, techniques and methodologies that will improve the effectiveness of your sales process so you can achieve your targets more easily.

• Customer prospecting
• Presenting skills
• Closing a sale

This workshop is for business owners who want to improve the effectiveness of their selling techniques.

The facilitator of this topic, Capstone Management Solutions helps business owners navigate the complexity of owning, growing and transitioning through all stages of business. They have more than 25 years of experience in providing training and one-to-one support programs, aimed at optimising skills for business owners.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
