VACCHO is pleased to invite Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Officers (AHLOs) and Koori Mental Health Liaison Officers (KMHLOs) across Victoria to come together at the Improving Care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Patients (ICAP) Forum this June.
Wednesday 14th June, Thursday 15th June, Friday 16th June 2023
ICAP forums provide an opportunity for AHLO's and KMHLO's to come together in a culturally safe space to network, partake in professional development opportunities and hear first hand from the Department of Health and VACCHO's executives.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is to be covered by participants, please check with your accommodation booking on arrangements and times.
Conference meals:
Throughout the duration of the conference days VACCHO will provide morning and afternoon tea, tea and coffee and lunch.
Official Conference Dinner:
TBC - A special dinner will be planned on one of the nights of the conference days. Further details to be provided. Â Â
Expenses:
Participants and or their employers will be responsible for any expenses such as accommodation, breakfast, travel allowance, mini bars, Wi-Fi etc… Â
Forum Registration and Information Packs:
Please make your way to the conference room at 9am on day 1 Wednesday 14th June to register and get your information pack and be seated. You are not required to print any materials as they will be provided.
All participants will be required to sign an attendance form each day.
VACCHO staff will be there to assist you.

VACCHO will provide RAT test kits available at the Registration table.
You should test yourself prior to travelling to the conference and advise Leanne ASAP if you need to cancel your attendance.
Evaluations:
Please note Leanne will email everyone the following week after the Forum to participate in an online evaluation which helps guide VACCHO in planning for future events.
