Program design and delivery is a strength of many impact organisations, however business service type activities are often deprioritised. When 'back-of-house' functions are no longer fit-for-purpose, organisations can face unexpected barriers to delivering their mission. Investing in your ‘back-of-house’ capacity (strategy, workforce, culture and systems) alongside your programs and services can unlock those barriers.
In this session, Urbis will walk you through a simple framework to help you identify and prioritise options to improve your organisational capacity, and will share examples from other organisations.
