Youth Action and FAMS are proud to support Improving Your Organisational Capacity, an information session presented by Urbis.

Program design and delivery is a strength of many impact organisations, however business service type activities are often deprioritised. When 'back-of-house' functions are no longer fit-for-purpose, organisations can face unexpected barriers to delivering their mission. Investing in your ‘back-of-house’ capacity (strategy, workforce, culture and systems) alongside your programs and services can unlock those barriers.

In this session, Urbis will walk you through a simple framework to help you identify and prioritise options to improve your organisational capacity, and will share examples from other organisations.

This online session is for NGO managers, team leaders, senior executive staff and CEOs.
