    Event description

    IMPROVISATION NIGHT

Theatre and Movement research improvisation sessions

Open to all. Just come over with an available body, comfortable clothes and an open heart.

}} When we think of Improvisation, a universe of possibilities and feelings can be opened in our imaginary. And what is Improvisation? Is there a precise and unique answer?

'To improvise' can be straight thought as a quick response to something. An ability that requires training, mind plasticity, a type of courage, a constant exercise against the fear of being ridiculous or make mistakes, and a range of skills that could scare us.

On the other hand, the benefits that the exciting act of improvising can bring to our personal, professional and social lives are immense. And we invite you to think of that based in your own life.

Our Improvisation Nights are a mixture of Theatre games, exercises and techniques; Movement and Theatre elements investigation; lots of fun and creativity, in a safe and friendly space.

Come have fun together, while exploring your body, the plasticity of your mind and opening your heart. Everyone is more than welcome. No previous experience is required. {Recommended to people over 16y.o.}*
