This last Imrama journey for the year is a journey inwards to connect with your very own spark of divinity.
Each micro-retreat is designed to access your own innate wisdom and an often-untapped reservoir of healing potential using tried and true techniques in a structured three-phase approach:
1. Emotional archeology: we will begin the day by unearthing blockages and limitations that hold you back, keep you stuck, or restrict you from your fullest potential.
2. Alchemise: using the transmutational power of conscious continuous breath, this 75 minute breathwork journey will draw you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness and allow you to access your own inner wisdom and healing guidance to tend to and resolve the wounds you uncovered.
3. Integration: a guided process of gently recalibrating your awareness, your nervous system, and your energy field to this newfound information about yourself.
