In today's rapidly evolving industrial landscape, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in maintenance processes has become a game-changer. AI-driven maintenance has ushered in a new era of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. By harnessing the power of AI, industries can predict equipment failures, optimize maintenance schedules, and reduce downtime. Join us at "The Future of Maintenance with AI" event to explore how AI is transforming industrial maintenance, and discover how your organization can leverage these cutting-edge technologies to stay competitive and ahead of the curve.
Brad Parsons - Ecosystem Orchestrator and Founder of Rely Ability
Brad is the Founder of two businesses Rely Ability and MOVUS. Rely Ability is a consulting and solutions business focused on the intersection of energy, production and maintenance, using AI to drive sustainability in industrial manufacturing, mining, metals and minerals. Rely Ability is enabling industrial businesses to improve their energy productivity by bringing AI based realtime analysis of industrial energy usage. He founded MOVUS in January 2015 and has been successfully growing MOVUS for the last 8 years. The core product is the 'FitMachine', a machine condition monitoring solution that is powered by AI to enable the detection of machine failures in advance. The solution is sold as 'condition monitoring as a service' in 18 countries. In 2023 MOVUS released FitPower, the world's first self installable 3 Phase continuous energy monitoring service. Brad has a passion for innovation and engineering solutions that learn from our natural environment.
In this forum, Brad Parsons will take us through the current state of smart applications of technology in maintenance and reliability - including some case studies of how manufacturing companies have made some impressive productivity gains. He will also outline where he sees these smart solutions going in the next few years and why you as a maintenance leader need to know how it could benefit your maintenance & reliability strategy.
• Wondering what AI, Industrial Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 mean for you as a maintenance leader?
• Looking at how to digitise your vibration analysis and machine health?
• Trying to figure out how to, where to invest and how to justify maintenance digital solutions?
Brad will also touch on the dawn of energy based maintenance - a newly developing focus as electricity and gas prices increasingly impact on manufacturing industries.
Please join us to see how others to see how AI can be used in your business and also network with likeminded people.
We look forward to seeing you there.
