IMRt CIWG | Precision Maintenance – Setting up your assets to Maximise Life
Event description
Getting the setup right at the start of an asset’s life is key to making it last
Poor alignment causes extra stress on parts, leading to breakdowns. Using laser tools helps align machines accurately during installation and maintenance.
But alignment alone isn’t enough—machines move and vibrate during operation. Motion Amplification® lets us see these hidden movements, helping fix problems early. Using it during installation (not just when problems show up) can prevent failures and extend machine life.
Learn how to set up machines the right way to avoid future problems and get the most out of your equipment.
This session will cover simple alignment steps, how Motion Amplification® works, and new tools that can help.
