IMRT CIWG | Work Order Feedback Codes
Event description
SIRF IMRt Common Interest Work Group (CIWG) - Online Event via Zoom
Work Order Feedback
Work Order feedback is an important part of continuous improvement in Maintenance and Operations.
No matter which system you use they will all have fields where the person performing the work can feedback information on what they found and what they did. At worst this would be a text area however text area are only useful to someone reading it. I use to say to my engineers, "we do 50,000 work orders a year and how many of those do you read" and the answer was are 200-500. That is 49,500 Work Order with feedback that is not read.
This is were Feedback Codes become more beneficial. Correctly structured codes allow for better reporting to identify problem assets, high maintenance cost assets, frequently attended assets, recurring faults, etc. They provide important information for engineering and asset management as well as drive good behaviours by the field staff. This information also helps you optimise Maintenance, maintenance budget and improve asset reliability and uptime.
In this event we will see examples of Feedback Code structures and how they can be used to improve your maintenance product and reliability.
Please join us to see how companies are using feedback codes to improve their maintenance business. You can network with your peers, contribute to discussion and Q&A.
We look forward to seeing you there.
