SIRF IMRt Masterclass - Online Event via Zoom

Unlocking the Power of Digital Twins: Revolutionizing Industries through Artificial Intelligence

Digital twins are virtual replicas of physical objects or systems that can be used to simulate, analyze, and optimize their real-world counterparts. They provide a bridge between the physical and digital realms, enabling a deeper understanding and control of complex systems.

As the adoption of digital technology continues to grow, connected machines are becoming a common practice. However, industries find it challenging to manage large quantity of data and understanding the insight of machine operation.

Bosch recognises the transformative potential across various industries. By leveraging their expertise in sensors, connectivity and data analytics, Bosch has developed advanced digital twin solutions that optimises manufacturing processes of asset intensive industries with AI, deliver predictability and improve decision-making.

It simulates real-world scenarios and provide persona-based insights in an immersive environment. This enables manufacturers run their operations in optimal cost and efficiency modes to address the challenges of changing times. This enables organisations to improve the machine OEE, reduce downtime and failures, optimise energy consumption, monitor assets remotely, introduce prescriptive maintenance, extend asset life, improve spare part management & create what-if scenario analysis.

Bosch Digital Twin is an application powered by AI, providing Business and Engineering insights to the user. In return, effective operation can be achieved for better cost benefit.
The presentation will share best practice, include demo, discussion with the subject expert to find out your current situation is on the ground and Q&A session to make sure you get all the answers you need.
