In and Out Meditation Series
Between your weekend and your week, take a breath with the In/Out Meditation series. Breath is essential to life, though we generally do not pay attention to it. But if we do, every breath creates space in which to centre ourselves and practice stillness. So “In and Out” is about breath, and stillness, and sound, and whatever helps you come in busy and scattered, and go out calm, focused and ready for the world.
