What To Expect
On this forest bathing walk, we will explore Capisic Pond Park closely and mindfully to see what it has to offer, and get inspired by the late spring blooms with a creative workshop. Painting supplies will be provided for you, and you are welcome to take your painting home with you.
We will begin by opening our senses on a meditative walk in the forest, with invitations crafted to deepen our connection to the space around us. Then, we will explore our creativity and expression with a healing and intuitive watercolor painting session inspired by the colors of late spring blooms.
Lastly, we will conclude the experience with a traditional forest bathing tea ceremony.
Additional Information:
- Two days before the event, you will receive more information on how to prepare.
- No experience is necessary; just an open heart and willingness to connect.
- Walks are slow-paced and cover less than 1 mile.
- Walks will continue in drizzling rain, as this can enhance our sensory experience.
- Bathrooms will be available during the walk–but please go before you come!
- Please no pets or children under 12, and no smoking.
- Please contact us if you have any limitations that the guide should be aware of so that the walk can be modified if necessary.
