Join us in the gallery for a special In Conversation event with artists Bonita Ely and Jess MacNeil, facilitated by Gallery Director Janice Falsone.

Bonita Ely is a leading Australian artist known for her conceptual, environmental and socio-political art. Since the 1970s, she has been fascinated by science, communication, human impacts and the natural world. Her work is included in national and international collections such as the Museum of Modern Art New York, National Gallery of Australia, Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.
Jess MacNeil works at the points of intersection between painting, installation, video and photography, often taking as her subject matter the dynamics of the human/environment relationship. Exhibited widely, MacNeil’s work is held in public collections including the Museum of Contemporary Art and Australia Council for the Arts, as well as numerous Australian and international private collections.
