In this one hour session Festival Director, Una McAlinden, will chat with Derv about the ever-evolving wonders of juniper and gin!
The conversations will explore the importance of juniper through the ages – how it was first used before finally making its way into Gin!
You will also participate in a Gin tasting - tasting three of Anther Spirits signature gins.
This session will be held in The Clubroom at The National Celtic Folk Festival
