Share a fabulous afternoon with the talented Diana Chan (Winner of MasterChef 2017) writer, stylist and chef extraordinaire. Join with us at the bison potting shed and hear Diana’s story… from a top accounting firm to pursuing her passion with food. We will put together a table for Easter styled by Diana and Brian Tunks (designer at bison) and cover it with dahlias from our paddock. Brian will talk about the relationship of design and food, and how colour plays such a pivotal role in memory and styling. While this discussion is going on Diana will share two recipes with you for simple (yet delicious!) dishes perfect for the Easter table. One, a tasty accompaniment to a main dish, followed up by a sweet treat that takes no cooking! 

Food and conversation are one of life’s simple pleasures… share with us while we explore how simple styling, great company, and some uncomplicated recipes can take the stress out of family events. Brian will also be giving all participants a piece of bison to use and enjoy… and maybe a few flowers to take home. We will taste the dishes Diana prepares and enjoy a platter of delicious treats from The Pialligo Bakesmith… along with a glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic option.
