Event description

Join us for a conversation about the power of vulnerability with former Perth Glory Captain Tash Rigby in interview with Leadership Coach Monica Beazley.

From growing up playing soccer in Margaret River to leading Perth Glory through six seasons as captain and now as Manager of Women's Football at Football West, Tash has learned to embrace vulnerability and authenticity as her best leadership traits.
But how did she get there? Tash will share her struggle with anxiety and imposter syndrome and how embracing her support system - her people - and learning to be vulnerable have helped her lead with confidence.

A special conversation you won't want to miss to mark World Mental Health Month. Gaining Ground WA hosts events to connect women in sport and learn from women leading in sport. We hope you leave the event feeling inspired and with tools to improve your wellbeing on and off the pitch.

Tickets are limited to keep an intimate space. We look forward to seeing you there.

We're grateful to our generous event sponsor, Bloom.
