A little bit about Roberta
Roberta is a mindfulness and leadership coach and a corporate trainer since 2017. For over a decade, Roberta was a practicing mechanical engineer and project manager in the construction industry. Fueled by her passion for neuroscience and conscious living, Roberta developed mindfulness-based leadership training programs aimed at helping professional women unlock their full potential by enhancing crucial leadership skills, i.e. self-awareness, leadership presence, communication skills and self-confidence.

Event Flow:
- We'll kick off with a warm welcome from our facilitator, followed by a quick round of 2-minute introductions from all participants.
- Our guest speaker will then share their professional journey in a 15–20-minute talk—a great moment to listen, reflect, and note any questions.
- A 30-minute interactive Q&A will follow, where you can ask all your burning questions and gain valuable insights.
We encourage you to turn your cameras on to create a more dynamic and engaging conversation! The session will take place on Zoom, so make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
