We are thrilled to introduce Vân An as our March speaker!

Van will walk us through her journey from burnout to balance and share personal tips on how she cared for herself during her job search.

A little bit about Vân

Vân is a qualified social worker turned life coach, certified NLP master coach, award-winning speaker, and mental health and wellbeing advocate. From a person who used to suffer from chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout. Vân has gone through a transformative journey to reclaim her inner peace, calm, and confidence. She is now helping others do the same. Vân has inspired and coached people from more than 15 countries and has been featured in local and international newspapers, radio shows, and podcasts for contributions to mental health and well-being advocacy, such as SBS Radio, Dan Tri Newspaper and 100 Successful Women Podcast. Vân has spoken at the University of Melbourne, Epping Mental Health Professionals Network, and 100 Speakers Summit Australia.

Vân believes that mental health and wellbeing are integral to success and we can achieve professional success without compromising personal wellbeing.

About This Session

Join us for an engaging and insightful In Conversations With session, where you'll have the opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired!

Event Flow:

We'll kick off with a warm welcome from our facilitator, followed by a quick round of 2-minute introductions from all participants.
Our guest speaker will then share their professional journey in a 15–20-minute talk—a great moment to listen, reflect, and note any questions.
A 30-minute interactive Q&A will follow, where you can ask all your burning questions and gain valuable insights.

We encourage you to turn your cameras on to create a more dynamic and engaging conversation! The session will take place on Zoom, so make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
