Description

In Her Nature | Women's Health Event

Your body has a story worth listening to. Imagine a world where women feel empowered to understand their bodies, trust their experiences, and feel supported in finding answers, where their concerns are met with curiosity and the care they deserve.

Yet for so many women, the path to understanding their health is filled with unanswered questions, symptoms that go unexplained, and experiences that leave them feeling dismissed or alone.

We are searching for answers in a world overflowing with health advice, yet a great gap in research. knowledge and care, leaving women wondering why finding the support they need can feel so difficult.

Behind every symptom is a woman looking for answers, wanting to feel like herself again, and hoping there is more possible for her health.

In Her Nature was created for her.

A space for the conversations we wish we had sooner. For the experiences that haven't been validated, and the parts of women's health we were never taught to understand.

Brought together by Naturopath & Nutritionist, Jessica Karvelis, and Dr of Chinese Medicine, Eryn Heddle, In Her Nature brings modern health knowledge and traditional wisdom to explore female health conditions, including endometriosis, PMOS, and hormonal imbalances, alongside the often-overlooked connections between gut health, inflammation and the nervous system.

Your symptoms deserve to be taken seriously. Your experiences deserve to be heard, more than simply learning to live with how you feel.

Together, we will explore the underlying factors that can influence these conditions, and the ways naturopathy, nutrition, lifestyle and traditional Chinese medicine can complement our approach to women's health.

Beyond the education, this is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, ask questions without judgement, and develop a deeper appreciation for the intricacies of the female body.

Whether you are navigating painful periods, PMS, endometriosis, PMOS, digestive concerns or simply feel there must be more to understand about womens health, In Her Nature is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

A space to learn, finding comfort in shared experiences, strength in connection, confidence, practical tools, and a renewed sense of possibility in your journey towards better health.
