Nestled in the Fyansford Paper Mill precinct, The Door Gallery Cafe is a popular local hub for experiencing regular live music, with great coffee and delicious home-baked treats. 'Gentle acoustic folk to lift your heart' Melinda's childhood was spent running barefoot through clover and marinating in the grassroots folk music culture of rural New Zealand. Now raising sons in Geelong, she writes songs inspired by life as a daughter, wife, mother, and friend and quiet but profound impact we can have on each other’s lives. Finalist - 2021 Surf Coast Song Competition

Ange KT
'Indie-folk songwriter with a Celtic soul and a Bellarine heart' Ange KT is an indie-folk songwriter from the Bellarine Peninsula whose songs weave together heartfelt stories, Celtic roots and the voices of the women who came before her. With folky vibes, rich rhythms and memorable choruses, her songs linger long after the final note.

Zoe Alexis
'Heartfelt acoustic indie-pop driven by soulful vocals and personal storytelling' Zoe Alexis is an Australian singer-songwriter and performer whose powerful vocals and heartfelt storytelling resonate through her original acoustic music. A Top 13 "Take The Mic" finalist and "Geelong Youth Awards" nominee, Zoe crafts earnest, emotive songs that highlight her deep passion for music. Awards & Recognition: - Top 13 Finalist – "Take The Mic" National Singing Competition (Contemporary Category) - Nominee – Geelong Youth Awards (2025) - Nominee – Ross Lipson Award (in partnership with The Sweethearts, 2025) - Entrant – "Triple J Unearthed High" (2025 & 2026) for original songs "Gonna Be GEELONG" & "Lose You" Qualifications & Credits: - Certificate III in Music Industry (Performance) - VCE Contemporary Music Performance (Unit's 1-4) & VCE Theatre Studies (Unit's 1-4) - Performing experience at venues including Barwon Club Hotel, Beav's Bar & Wallington Strawberry Fair.

Nadine Joy
'Celebrating resilience, self-discovery, and the beauty of everyday life through song' Nadine Joy's songs blend earnest storytelling, wit, and emotional honesty with uplifting messages of self-discovery, resilience, and wonder. From playful independence and healing after heartbreak to mindfulness, nature, and love, her lyrics celebrate authenticity, curiosity, and finding joy in everyday life. Career Highlights: • Collaborated on songwriting with Tim Finn (Big Bag Band) • Performed nationally and internationally, including tours of Japan and appearances at the Adelaide Fringe Festival and Port Fairy Folk Festival • Featured in the ABC/SBS documentary Big Bag's Japanese Adventure • Recorded albums as a solo artist and with Hot Club Swing, Underwater Butterflies (with Tiffany Echardt), and Th Big Bag Band • Directed choirs and vocal harmony groups for more than 25 years, including Tides of Welcome and Angels of Joy • Delivered jazz vocal improvisation workshops and vocal harmony training for schools, festivals, and community choirs
