In Memoriam - Pop-culture trivia

Socially Awkward Social Club invites you to IN MEMORIAM: a trivia night that celebrates the pop‑culture figures who’ve shaped our playlists, screens and imaginations.

Inspired by Ash’s upcoming trip to Mexico and the joyful way some cultures remember those who’ve gone before, we’ll mark the night with colour, music and plenty of laughs, not solemnity.

At Socially Awkward Social Club, we welcome (and expressly invite) people from all walks of life - neurodivergent, queer, and of course, the socially awkward - for a night of structured, engaging activity. BYO snacks, drinks, and alcohol are all allowed. Expect picture rounds, music rounds and questions across movies, TV, music and literature (practically no sport, very little history or geography).

Dress in black, come as a favourite celebrity who’s passed, or just be yourself - there’s a prize for best dressed and prizes for the trivia winners.

So come along Friday the 2nd of October, doors 6:30pm, trivia kicks off at 7pm at Northcote Uniting Church. Tickets are just $10 via Humanitix! BYO dinner, snacks and drinks (alcohol permitted). Solo players welcome, we’ll help you join a team.
