IN MOTION:
ALL-ABILITIES CONTEMPORARY DANCE CLASS
Let go of your inhibitions and just dance, dance, dance.
Led by an experienced and passionate dancer, performer, and dance/movement therapist Jessica Lesosky, In Motion, aims to develop a deeper body/mind awareness as well as foundational skills in contemporary dance.Â
This class is perfect for anyone looking to start from scratch or get back into groove in a comfortable rhythm, focusing on foundational skills. Dancers are encouraged to wear what they feel comfortable to dance in. This class is inclusive for people with disability and neurodiversity. No prior experience is necessary.
Caregivers are welcomed and may attend the class with the attendee at no extra cost to ensure every dancer has the support they need.

Entry Cost:
$20 [+bf] l Limited spots available
This workshop is ideal for people aged 14+ years.

Tutor:
Jessica Lesosky is a Canadian born dancer, performer and dance movement therapist. She trained extensively with the
National Ballet of Canada and later studied contemporary dance, working with Toronto Dance Theatre. Jessica moved to
Australia in 1999 and performed in works by various choreographers at the Victorian College of the Arts, The
Melbourne Fringe and other independent dance and theatre companies in Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast.
