Man, what a year 2023 has been!

There has been so much in our lives and around us, that it's easy to feel heavy and unsure about next year...

But, let's head in to 2024 feeling lighter, open and more peaceful...

It's so important to cleanse your whole system - to have a 'tune up' - to release what you are holding that keeps you tight, stuck or overwhelmed.

This in-person workshop is for you - to acknowledge, honour and release what has been tough throughout 2023 and to then reset so that you can call in what you want for an easy and playful 2024.

We will spend 90 minutes together on a Sunday afternoon - in the quiet space of In2Balance Kinesiology, In Dee Why, under the palm trees - 90 minutes of mindfulness, curiosity and ritual.

Our time together will be like an ancient ritual of healing and cleansing - washing away what is not in alignment any more, and leaving space for a renewed energy for 2024.
We will ask questions and seek wisdom from your heart and body, connecting all parts of you, allowing all parts of you to be heard, felt and calmed.
We will explore your joys and fears of 2023.
We will use acupressure, visualisation, and various other techniques to move what is blocked and stagnant with you, to make room for the new, fresh and revitalised you for 2024.

What do you need to bring?

Yoga mat/towel if you want to sit on the floor.
Your favourite ritual tool - crystal, flower, etc
Water bottle

(Tea/cacao and water available for you).

You will also be gifted with your own personalised essential oil spray to continue your healing and cleansing for the days leading into 2024.
