Sahar is a certified Sound Practitioner residing in Los Angeles. Sahar uses the vibration and frequencies of Sun, Moon and Dark Star Gongs, Perfect Pitch tuned crystal quartz singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and high frequency tuners to shift the mind and body to a deep meditative state. Facilitating an environment for relaxation, restoration and self-healing is the core of her work.

Sahar is passionate about using Sound Meditation as a way for the body to regenerate itself along with other holistic modalities such as: Yoga, Conscious Nutrition, Breathwork, Art and Dance for physical, emotional, spiritual expansion and growth.

She believes Sound Meditation is medicine for the mind, body and soul. Her ethos is that Sound combined with Ceremony creates connection to the divine within.
