This circle is open to any and all women, non-binary, femme, or female-identifying beings. Join us!

We gather around the energies of Sisterhood (our feminine divine inner wisdom. We support and empower one another and use the moon and cycles of nature as our guide and teacher as we co-create our experience in circle together.

Each circle centers around a theme based on the position of the moon astrologically.

We then explore individually and as a group through meditation, visualization, sound healing, moon journaling and creative rituals. Each woman has an opportunity to share what is in your heart and mind. These circles are an open-hearted, sacred, safe space connection with other women.

A Full Moon is all about peaking and releasing the old: letting go of lower energies that come from upsets or any negative events, as well as negative patterns you may have fallen into. It’s about releasing toxic thoughts, habits, ways of being and, indeed, toxic people. It’s culmination time. It’s letting-go and clean-slate time. It’s when we should release the things we don’t want: – anything that’s counterproductive.

The Full Moon is also a powerful time for inner work – for looking within, healing, shifting blocks and shedding the past.When the Moon is full, it’s at its brightest and it can shine a light on the deepest parts of ourselves that we usually can’t see.

Women throughout history have gathered during this time to support and empower one another in a journey of deep introspection.

What to bring and wear:

Please bring a JOURNAL OR PAPER AND PEN

Feel free to bring your crystals or sacred items that have meaning for you to energize it and your intentions in the circle.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move and sit in and bring layers since we are outdoors in the garden area. DRESS FOR COMFORT AND BRING LAYERS: yoga clothes, stretchy jacket/sweater, leggings/leg warmers, etc.

We provide yoga mats, pillows, and a blanket already set up for you on arrival. You are also invited to bring your own blanket/pillow/eye pillow and whatever you need to get comfy and cozy.

We will have hot water and tea available.
