Nurture Mama 2026: In-Pregnancy BREASTFEEDING information session

Breastfeeding takes a village! Are you or your partner pregnant and keen to find out more about breastfeeding? 

Join our FREE practical and nurturing information session. Learn with a small group of other pregnant mama, expectant parents and support people, covering:

• Build confidence in how your body can nourish and nurture your baby

• Facilitated by local breastfeeding peer supporter

• Understand how breastfeeding happens

• Learn about body changes to enable breastfeeding

• Understand how to support a breastfeeding mum

We talk about tips for breastfeeding, common challenges and what solutions and support exist. Come with any questions or curiosities you have. Feedback had told us that the connections and questions were the most valuable!

To make sure you're as comfortable as possible, there are a variety of seating options, and a full kitchen and you are welcome to bring your own dinner. We'll provide light refreshments and a warm welcome :)
