In Rehearsal: A Roundtable on Cultural Responsiveness and Anti-Racism in the Performing Arts
Description
In Rehearsal: A Roundtable on Cultural Responsiveness and Anti-Racism in the Performing Arts
A half-day roundtable convened by the National Centre for Cultural Competence at the University of Sydney, bringing together actors, writers, theatre makers, researchers and training leaders.
Together we'll explore how cultural responsiveness and anti-racism play out in the performing arts, and what we can learn from each other. We'll look at where the work is real and where it's performance, and what it costs the people who carry it. A small group of contributors anchors the discussion, and everyone in the room is invited to contribute.
