Premio Campiello Giovani (one of the most prestigious literary awards in Italy) winner Matteo Porru, a celebrated novelist and playwright published by Garzanti in Italy and internationally recognized, makes his stage debut with his own text. With lightness and a touch of madness, he explores the whirlwind of thoughts and images that populate a writer’s mind during the creative process, when characters and memories emerge, and imagination runs free. Chiuso per Festa also offers a unique opportunity for dialogue between the author and young audiences curious about writing or eager to understand the creative process behind a story, a play, or a book.
