Fast on Day of Event: No breakfast, coffee, black tea or sugar. Bring snacks for after the event. The Cacao will be nourishing and sustaining. For the best experience fasting is recommended. Stay hydrated.

Start Time: 5.30 am | AnSaRA & Ilka will meet you in the carpark and guide you down

First Light:  6 am. Sunrise:  6.22 am

Finish Time:  12-1 pm 

Location: Buderim Forest Park, roughly 7-8 km south-west of Maroochydore, or 90 km (approx. 1 hour 20 min drive) north of Brisbane.

Getting there: From the Sunshine Motorway (route 70), follow Mooloolaba Road / King St to Buderim. From the roundabout in town, head down Lindsay Road and then turn right into Quorn Close. There is a car park right at the end of Quorn Close. The walk from here is 300 metres downhill to the falls.  ENSURE YOU CHOOSE THE QUORN CLOSE CARPARK NOT HARRYS LANE.

Park:  In the carpark at Quorn Close.  (Only Toilet block is in the carpark.)  Make your way down the path and stairs to the bridge.  AnSaRA will be waiting at the bridge to receive you into the space.  

Bring:  Headlamp or torch.  Yoga mat or padding for laying on a hard surface.  Wear your bathers under your clothes.  Towel, eye mask, 2 litres of water.  Hat and sunscreen.  Bag or backpack to keep your things together.  Flask for your hot cacao.  Thongs on your feet or water shoes. Tissues. Journal.  White T-shirt or shirt to go over your bathers.
