Wine Gathering is our monthly celebration of community, thoughtful food, and distinctive wines at Windy Hill Farm and Preserve. Each evening centers on a specific wine-making style and is paired with a chef-driven set menu designed to complement and elevate every glass.

May 13 | In the Garden

Held in the Windy Hill garden, this gathering explores wine-making styles that emphasize texture, structure, and depth. Skin-contact wines, extended maceration, and amphora-aged selections spend additional time on the skins, creating layered aromatics and a richer mouthfeel. Paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by what is growing on the farm, In the Garden highlights how vineyard and field evolve together in late spring.

• Curated wine tasting
• Four-course menu from Wilder
