As the Women’s Health Mobile Clinic visits local towns, Gippsland Women’s Health is hosting free sessions nearby to help you understand your health, know your options, and feel confident navigating your care.

This 90-minute session includes a presentation, time for questions/discussion and Light morning or afternoon tea.

Every check matters: Learn about common health risks across different stages of life and the checks that can help reduce them. We’ll introduce the Her Health app as a tool for keeping on top of your screenings, and share what to expect from the Women’s Health Mobile Clinic
Heart Smart: How heart disease affects women differently, ways to reduce risk, and the signs to look for.
Your health, the whole story: The connection between mental and physical health.
Navigating pain and owning your health: Understanding and managing chronic pain, and how to advocate for yourself in the health system.

Duration: 90 minutes, including time for Q&A and discussion.

Who can attend: All women and people with a cervix welcome.
