You are invited to come and sit for an evening
IN THE TREE HOLLOW, where we explore the natural wonders of myth, bioregional connection and the herbs of the dreaming realm.
As we sit and share stories of 3 herbs to build a connection into your dreaming space, we also learn about the nocturnal navigators of the night, The many Owl species which can be found within our local area.
During winter, Powerful Owls begin to breed and nest in late May to early June.
"They make their nests in trees with a large hollow, preferably a
eucalypt over 200 years old. Almost like clockwork, the female enters
her nest hollow at the same time each year. "
In this safe, intimate and insightful evening we will:
* EXPLORE 3 HERBS & THE WAYS IN WHICH WE CAN INCORPORATE INTO OUR DREAM SPACE ( through scent )
* GO ON A SCENT SESSION JOURNEY TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH EACH HERB
* SHARE STORIES OF MYTH, FOLKLORE AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE OWLS WITHIN OUR LANDSCAPE
* LISTEN TO THE VARIOUS OWL CALLS
* LEARN THE SPIRITUAL VIRTUES OF WHAT THE OWL MAY OFFER
At the end of the evening, you will be able to take home your very own
OWL DREAMING LOOSE INCENSE BLEND to support you through the seasonal shift into Winter. The season of the Owl.
There will be warm chai & herbal tea served on the night.
ALL are welcome in this space.
