IN THIS SEASON: What Kind of Rest Do You Need?
Description
In This Season: What Kind of Rest Do You Need?
A Rest + Reconnection Experience
When was the last time you asked yourself what you actually need?
Not what needs to get done. Not what someone else needs from you. But what you need.
For many women, life is full of responsibilities, expectations, and people depending on us. Somewhere between showing up for everyone and everything, we can lose touch with ourselves.
And even when we recognize that we need rest, we don’t always know what kind.
Sometimes rest looks like quiet. Sometimes it’s movement, laughter, creativity, comfort, or simply being around people who don’t need anything from us.
What restores you in one season may not be what you need in another.
In This Season is an intimate, thoughtfully curated experience designed to help you slow down, explore what rest can look like for you, and reconnect with yourself.
What to Expect
Through gentle reflection, creative exploration, optional movement, and meaningful connection, you’ll have opportunities to:
Step away from the demands of everyday life.
Explore different ways of experiencing rest.
Notice what you may be needing in your current season.
Enjoy moments of play, pause, and connection without pressure to perform or produce.
Leave with a personalized Rest Menu and Permission Card to carry into everyday life.
There is no expectation to share personal experiences, participate in every activity, or have everything figured out.
Come as you are. Nothing needs to be accomplished here.
