Sisters, this is your invitation to step into your fullness. To embody your divine power. To feel, move, and express yourself as the radiant, unstoppable woman you are.

🌀 The Intention:

This evening is about coming home to your body, your voice, and your truth. It’s about embracing the fullness of who you are:

✨ A woman who feels deeply and moves freely.

✨ A woman who says YES to her desires and NO when she needs to.

✨ A woman who takes up space unapologetically and claims her right to be seen and heard in her authentic power.

Through the sacred practice of Somatic Dance, we’ll create a space where you can connect deeply with yourself and others, letting the music guide you into freedom, strength, and joy.

🌹 What to Expect

- A grounding circle to set intentions and begin to feel comfortable in the space and with those around you

- A guided warm-up to drop into your body and release any tension.

- Free-flowing, soul-stirring gently guided somatic dance, where the music invites you to explore your unique movement and expression.

- Opportunities to reflect, connect, and share (if you choose) in a safe, supportive environment. Journaling and sharing to close.

Whether you’re new to somatic dance or a seasoned mover, this space is for *all* women. Come as you are, in all your raw, real, and powerful glory.

Somatic dance is a dance journey of free-flow and facilitated movement by the rhythm of music and voices

We tune into the body and we start to become aware and connect with the sensations

It is an invitation to cultivate inner exploration to go beneath the layers of the mind we release any right or wrong way to dance. This is the creation of your own movement

About Ceri (Soularliving)

A somatic practitioner, eco-somatic yoga teacher, and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator. She has held many classes, retreats, and workshops in new Zealand and overseas. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training. She has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth. Ceri creates safe, grounded, inclusive, and deep spaces.
