Slow Sundays is a series of gentle, soulful workshops and events that invite you to step out of the rush and into creativity and connection.

IN BLOOM - A Mother’s Day Slow Sundays Workshop held as part of Subi Blooms in Subiaco.

This special gouache painting session invites parents and children (ages 5+) to slow down and create side by side in a calm and welcoming space. Inspired by the colours, shapes and quiet beauty of seasonal florals, you’ll gather around the table to explore painting through careful looking, playful mark-making, and shared creative time.

Together, you and your child(ren) will create your own still-life artworks to take home - along with the simple joy of having made something meaningful together.

Led by artist and mother Emma Benichou, the workshop is designed as a gentle, guided experience that supports both connection and creative confidence.

All materials are provided, along with tea and something sweet to enjoy.

No experience is necessary - you will be amazed at what you can create when you bring a sense of curiosity and presence.

Each session is limited, so early booking is recommended.
