INBODIED DANCE™ is a fully facilitated experience, grounded in the RAWR Method™. Every part of the journey is intentional, structured and designed to bring you out of your head and into connection with your body.

Moving through Roots, Remembrance, Reconnection and Reclamation, you’ll be invited to move, feel, listen and explore what your body is communicating in the moment.

The immersion creates space to release stress and physical tension, reconnect with yourself, experience more joy, deepen your confidence and presence, and move toward greater freedom.

To bring the immersion together, we finish with an INBODIED DANCE composition and sound bath, bringing the movement, expression, presence and freedom you’ve explored throughout the experience into one final movement experience together.

Promptly at 3:45pm. Please be on time. Plan accordingly. We begin at 4pm. Doors Close then. No exceptions.
