    10.10am PANEL SESSION
Powering female founders: how can we level the playing field?

Start-ups are vital to Australia's economic prosperity.

But we’re not fully leveraging our women entrepreneurs: only 22% of Aussie start-ups are founded or co-founded by women, and last year only 2% of total capital raised went to female-only founder teams. Glass ceilings are being smashed, but not fast enough. We'll unpack this with an inspiring panel of successful female founders, discussing their capital raising challenges and sharing the secrets of their successes.

    Panelists:

    • Christine Nguyen, Co-Founder, ReciMe
    • Jeanette Cheah, Co-Founder & CEO, The Hacker Exchange
    • Lucinda Hartley, Founding Director, Neighbourlytics
    • Rhianna Knight, Founder, Amble Outdoors
