Mariana is a mandala artist and kundalini yoga instructor based on the Gold Coast, with students worldwide.

Her path into this work began with a profound shift away from outer world performance, and towards inner peace. After experiencing an intense burnout in 2019, she found herself deeply thirsty for silence, meaning, and spiritual nourishment. What began as a simple exploration of painting mandalas and practicing Kundalini Yoga gradually became a path of healing and remembrance.

Over time, she discovered that the journey was not about becoming someone new, but about a gentle and yet radical self-undoing — allowing the layers of conditioning and identity to fall away so that her true essence could reveal itself. Mandalas became a physical expression of this unfolding revelation, while Kundalini Yoga continuously helps lift the veils of illusion about who she once believed herself to be.

Through these practices, Mariana touched something vast, infinite, and boundless within. Today, she shares this path with others, holding space for the same remembering — because beneath all our stories, we are all longing for the same thing: to meet this part of us that is already whole.
