Monash University’s Art, Design, and Architecture (MADA) is teaming up with the Incinerator Gallery to deliver a three-part public program.
ART & PLAY: Part of The Playground Project Melbourne - Launch Week
The Playground Project exhibition examines four key models that define the 100-year history of playground design: Sculpture, Landscape, Adventure and Activism. This event explores key contributions by local artists, designers, educators and academics.
SESSION 1: PLAY & CREATIVE PRACTICES 4.00 to 4.30pm

Speaker: Edwina Green, appointed artist, in conversation with: Leila Gurruwiwi, Cultural Liaison and Public Programs Lead, Agency, project partner & selection panel member.

SESSION 4: THE PLAYGROUND PROJECT, 6.00 to 7.00pm
Keynote: Gabriela Burkhalter, Exhibition Curator, in conversation with: Daniel Baumann, Project Commissioner and former Director of Kunsthalle Zurich.
