Please join Siblings Australia for a 60-minute online workshop designed to equip you with practical well-being tools tailored for siblings of individuals with disabilities. This workshop will guide you through strategies to enhance mental and emotional health, ensuring you leave with strategies to add to your wellbeing toolkit. The session will also introduce Siblings Australia's social groups, which provide ongoing peer support, and our online tools designed to assist with future planning.
SPEAKER - Rachel Bailey
Rachel Bailey is the Office Manager for Siblings Australia. Rach manages all needs associated with the property, IT, communication equipment, file management, Insurance and any other tasks to ensure the office continues to run smoothly. She's the first point of contact for many external stakeholders. Outside of Siblings Australia Rach keeps herself busy as a trained counsellor and supervisor, mother, and avid runner.
