Finding the right job isn't only about the role, salary or getting through the interview. The workplace you choose matters too.

But how can you tell whether an organisation is genuinely inclusive before you start working there?

Join a panel of professionals from across different industries for an open conversation about LGBTQIA+ inclusion, workplace culture and finding an employer where you can feel supported, valued and able to be yourself.

We'll explore questions including:

What does a genuinely inclusive workplace look like?
What should you look for when researching a potential employer?
What are the green flags — and red flags — during recruitment?
Can you ask about LGBTQIA+ inclusion during an interview?
What role do Pride networks and employee groups actually play?
How do organisations turn inclusion policies into everyday workplace culture?
How can you navigate disclosure and decide how much of yourself you want to share at work?
What can you do if you don't feel supported once you're in the job?

You'll hear different perspectives from people working across corporate, financial services, defence and LGBTQIA+ workplace inclusion.

Whether you're entering the workforce, looking for a new job or considering your next career move, this conversation will help you think beyond simply getting the job — and towards finding a workplace where you can belong.
