Join Sophie from EcoSoul Experiences to experience forest bathing, deep ecology and creative exercises. An immersive experience to leave you feeling relaxed, connected and inspired.
What to expect?
- Slowing down in the natural environment, using forest bathing (shinrin yoku) practices. Includes some sitting and slow walking over a short distance (approximately 2km in total on a compacted gravel path with gentle inclines that is suitable for all abilities, and is wheelchair-friendly).
- Tuning mindfully into the senses to experience the healing benefits of the natural world.

Meet at 9.15am at the Punchbowl Lookout Carkpark between Gates 8 and 9 on Piggott Range Road.
