Our Slow-Paced & Chair Yoga class is a welcoming and inclusive program designed for people of all ages, bodies, and abilities. Whether you're recovering from injury, returning to movement, managing chronic pain, or simply looking for a gentler approach to yoga and meditation—this class is for you.

Each week, our experienced facilitator guides you through gentle postures, mindful breathing, and restorative chair-based or floor-based stretches. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more at peace.
