Learn what Guided Relaxation is, how to write your own relaxation script and way of incorporating guided relaxation into your class in this 1 hour online event with Katie Brown. 

About the Presenter:

Katie Brown is a Senior registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia. She has been teaching yoga for 24 years. She is also an author, with a passion for supporting women’s holistic wellbeing. She is qualified in Qi Gong, massage, infant massage, pre and postnatal yoga, laughter yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, sound healing and is a qualified counsellor.

Katie is also a mum of three, former health writer and magazine editor. Her books include: Mother Me – a mum’s guide to balance, wellbeing and harmony, Guided Relaxation – your essential guide to creating calm, Restorative Yoga - a holistic guide, the Relaxation Rainbow – guided visualisations for children and Peaceful Paws – relaxations with your dog.

Katie offers 1:1 classes, corporate yoga, and a range of live yoga classes and events. She also runs Restorative Yoga training to health practitioners and yoga teachers.
